All Orchid Lane products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with up to 3 extra business days for production, as each candle and perfume is made to order.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–7 business days

United States: 7–14 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Discovery sample sets ship via untracked lettermail for $5. Delivery typically takes 4 business days, but in some cases may take up to 7 business days.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend trying a Discovery Set or travel size to find your scent match.
