Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. We offer free shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more within Canada, and free U.S. shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more, with shipping rates for all other orders calculated at checkout.
Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 3–8 business days in Canada and 8–10 business days in the United States, depending on location and carrier.
U.S. Orders
Orchid Lane fragrances are handcrafted in Canada. U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by U.S. customs or local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of Orchid Lane's control.
Free shipping promotions apply to the cost of shipping only and do not include customs duties, tariffs, or other import charges that may be assessed by U.S. authorities.

U.S. Shipping
After you receive your shipping confirmation, your order is on its way. During the first stage of transit, tracking may initially display "Shipping Label Created" before additional tracking updates appear. This is completely normal, and tracking will continue updating as your package progresses toward delivery.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.
Please email us within 24 hours with your order number to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests are only confirmed once approved by Orchid Lane.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend trying a Discovery Set or travel size to find your scent match.
