Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders of $150 CAD or more. Once shipped, orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days to Canada or the United States.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that processing times may vary depending on promos or launches.

Refund

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process refunds for used products. If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us at hello@orchidlaneco.com within 48 hours upon receiving your package. In the event that your package was damaged, we will issue a refund or exchange at your discretion.
