All Orchid Lane products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with up to 3 extra business days for production, as each candle and perfume is made to order.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–7 business days

United States: 7–14 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

For discovery sets with untracked free shipping, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process refunds for opened products. If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us at hello@orchidlaneco.com within 48 hours upon receiving your package. In the event that your package was damaged, we will issue a refund or exchange at your discretion.
