Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We offer free shipping on orders of $140 CAD or more within Canada, and free U.S. shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more, with shipping rates for all other orders calculated at checkout. 

Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 2–8 business days in Canada and 8–10 business days in the United States, depending on location and carrier. 

Orchid Lane fragrances are handcrafted in Canada; U.S. orders may be subject to customs regulations or import fees determined by local authorities, which are outside our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Discovery sample sets ship via untracked lettermail. Delivery typically takes 5 business days, but in some cases may take up to 7 business days.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend trying a Discovery Set or travel size to find your scent match.
