Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each piece is made to order and carefully packed by hand. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–4 business days

• United States: 3–6 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

For discovery sets with untracked free shipping, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

 

For untracked free shipping for discovery sets, please allow 5-7 business days.

Refund

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process refunds for used products. If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us at hello@orchidlaneco.com within 48 hours upon receiving your package. In the event that your package was damaged, we will issue a refund or exchange at your discretion.
