Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer free shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more within Canada, and free U.S. shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more, with shipping rates for all other orders calculated at checkout. 

Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 2–8 business days in Canada and 4–10 business days in the United States, depending on location and carrier.

Please note, for US deliveries you will receive tracking for US carrier and will update once it crosses the border.

Orchid Lane fragrances are handcrafted in Canada; U.S. orders may be subject to customs regulations or import fees determined by local authorities, which are outside our control.
